For me, who loves whiskey and ice cream at the same time, 'Bar Charm' and 'Fjord' are my favorite streets in Seochon, and it is also an alley that has a quirky charm, right down to the unpretentiousness of the local bookstore, 'Seochon That Bookstore', which I stumbled upon by accident.
After a 30-minute walk, you'll wonder why this is the 1st elevator.
